Email Mailings gives you the ability to send an email to a large list of users. You can select user's from a certain user group or create specific mailing lists. Mailings are perfect for seasonal newsletters or to inform your user's of special notices, important changes and promotions. Please be mindful of the number of emails sent and the content. Emails are monitored for SPAM and abuse.

Bounced or flagged email addresses
If any Scrip Manager email to a purchaser hard-bounces or the recipient marks it as spam, that address is flagged, preventing it from receiving email of any kind — order confirmations and reminders included. This protects your program's sending reputation.
- The flag clears automatically when the address on file is changed to a different one.
- To clear it manually, go to Users → (edit the user). When an address is flagged, an Email Delivery notice appears with a Clear suppression and resume sending to this address checkbox.
A bounce or complaint does not change any mailing list, reminder, or order confirmation settings — only the deliverability flag.
