Order Statuses

Order statuses follow a defined flow based on the criteria below. Once an order is placed, it advances through the sequence in order and will not move to the next status until the prior has been accomplished.

This does not mean a later process has not already been completed — it just means the displayed status reflects the earliest outstanding step. For example, an order may be completely filled, but if it is still unpaid the status will show Awaiting Payment.

Statuses

  1. In Progress — An order that has been saved as a draft but not yet placed. Orders In Progress do not contain tuition credits and are not included in calculations throughout Scrip Manager.
  2. Awaiting Payment — The order has not been paid in full.
  3. Awaiting Fulfillment — The order has not been completely filled.
  4. Awaiting Pickup — The order has been paid in full and completely filled, and is ready to be picked up.
  5. Completed — The order has been paid, filled, and delivered.
  6. Canceled — An order that was placed but later canceled. Canceled orders do not contain tuition credits and are not included in calculations throughout Scrip Manager.
