Is there a setup fee?

No. There is no setup fee for any of our plans.

Do I need a credit card to sign up for the trial?

No. The 30 day trial requires no payment information to setup. After one month, or earlier if you request, we will send you information about payment if you choose to continue using Scrip Manager.

What happens at the end of my trial?

At the end of the 30 day trial, we will contact you asking how you like Scrip Manager and if you wish to continue with the program. If you elect to continue, we will send you an invoice.

Can I cancel my account at any time?

Yes. You can cancel your account at any time.

How long does it take to setup my account?

Once you signup, Scrip Manager will have your account setup within 24hrs and email you the required information.

Can I pay yearly instead of monthly?

Yes, simply contact us and we will setup a yearly billing cycle.

Does Scrip Manager accept credit cards payments for online orders?

Scrip Manager can help you manage your program just like ScripPro. The main difference is our software is 100% internet based and can be accessed anywhere by an unlimited number of admins. Scrip Manager can also be more flexible to your program needs.
