We have seen many improvements with Scrip Manager over the last few months. Today we are announcing the conversion to a new invoicing software and with that collection of annual Scrip Manager fees online. Scrip Manager is an in the cloud software offering 100% online capability and we want our payment method to match. Online invoicing and payment offers organization administrators and school accountants to pay conveniently with one click.
We would like to thank those that participated in our online payment survey. We have elected to offer the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit/debit cards as well as the more popular eCheck/ACH. Invoices will continue to be generated and sent by Scrip Manager’s parent company MM Web Design (mmwebdesign.net). Your credit card or bank statement will reflect a charge from MM Web Design. Invoices will be emailed to your primary contact (or billing contact selected in version 4) approximately 1 month prior to your annual renewal date.
Payments may continue to be made offline via a mailed check with an additional $5.00 processing fee.
Note: All payment chargebacks will incur a $25 fee.

We are happy to announce version 4 of Scrip Manager has officially been released. After a year of development and months of testing, we are glad to make it available for new and existing accounts.
All new accounts will start using version 4 as of 1/5/2012.
All existing accounts that will have until July 31, 2012 to upgrade to version 4. The upgrade process will need to be scheduled and will result in about 1 hour of downtime for your account. All upgrades will be completed in the overnight hours unless a different time frame is requested. To upgrade your account please submit a support ticket and our support team will work with you to schedule your upgrade. Version 4 currently does not have Standing Orders available. If you use standing orders please wait to upgrade your account.
Scrip Manager version 4 has been thoroughly tested however with all new software some bugs and issues will undoubtedly surface. Version 4 includes internal error logging that our support team will monitor. If you come across any problems please use the ‘feedback’ button on the right side of the page to submit a bug to our support team.

We have modernized the Scrip Manager interface for both Administrators and Users. The new look is designed to work better across all browsers and mobile platforms.

You will not see these changes, but Scrip Manager was written from the ground up to be compatible in all modern desktop, tablet and mobile browsers. Our logging, email and usability were all greatly improved. We even squashed a few bugs that were found in our prior version.
Since version 4 was rewritten with the future in mind, we are ready to start adding many of the features you have requested. We are always adding new features, some big and some small to Scrip Manager and are now in a position to make many more features a possibility.
As we approach the end of another successful year here at Scrip Manager we would like to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. We hope the last week of holiday gift card ordering is going smoothly and for our new users, we hope Scrip Manager has helped in this very busy time of year. 2011 was a very busy year for us here behind the scenes at Scrip Manager. We worked tirelessly on an update to our software and are happy to bring it to you starting in January 2012. Over the weekend we completed scheduled maintenance that was required to transition accounts to the new version of Scrip Manager starting in 2012. The maintenance completed was related to where your domain was pointing on our servers to retrieve data. We had no issues in the maintenance. Due to how each Internet Service Provide handles their updates differently, we have had reports of some accounts not being able to be accessed from certain locations. If this is the case please contact us immediately and we will work to try and resolve your individual connection problem. Additionally we ask that you delete/clear your browser history and cookies.

January 3, 2012: Scrip Manager 4 available for existing account migration. We will provide details on scheduling your account upgrade closer to this date. We understand many of you might not want to transition to a new software during your busy school ordering months. As a result, we will allow you up to 8 months to schedule the upgrade. We will support version 3 until the end of summer 2012 at which time all accounts must be transitioned to version 4.
